  1. Avoid working
  2. Avoid screens
  3. Choose who you holiday with carefully
  4. Avoid chaotic environments
  5. Get away from home
  6. Get into nature
  7. Take it slow
  8. Do nothing (he means read a book, go for a walk, do casual sightseeing, rest)
